No. Every report is yours to keep, and your top 5 fix guides are free to do yourself. If you want help, you can book a Guided Fix ($129) or have the Owner fix it all for you ($250 for every issue on your report, done remotely; onsite work and third-party costs like software licenses are extra).
If you buy a Deep-Dive Report ($249, or $349 with a strategy call), its full fee is credited toward any fixes you book within 30 days. In effect the report pays for itself when you act on it.
Yes. We work remotely and onsite with small businesses across Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Missouri, Minnesota and Ohio. Onsite visits beyond 50 miles of Elgin carry a simple flat travel fee.
